SEND support (Local Offer)

This programme is suitable for parents, carers of children with additional needs.

Part of Family Hub Network

The Family Hub Network is a one stop shop for advice, support and services to help throughout your family journey, from birth to 19, or up to 25 with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).

The network involves professionals and community groups working together to ensure that families and residents receive the early help and support they need.

Castlefield Family Centre

  • Every week on Tuesday from 03/02/2026 at 09:30am to 12:30pm until 10/02/2026

Amersham Family Centre

  • Every week on Thursday from 15/01/2026 at 09:30am to 12:30pm until 22/01/2026
