Part of Family Hub Network

The Family Hub Network is a one stop shop for advice, support and services to help throughout your family journey, from birth to 19, or up to 25 with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).

The network involves professionals and community groups working together to ensure that families and residents receive the early help and support they need.

Access needs

  • Accessible toilet facilities
  • Baby changing facilities
  • Car parking
  • Wheelchair accessible entrance

Times

  • Every month on the First Tuesday of the month from 01/10/2024 at 09:30am to 11:00am
  • Every month on the Third Tuesday of the month from 15/10/2024 at 09:30am to 11:00am
